I started this project to celebrate the people I admire most in this world. They are called 'wild' ones, not because they are savage, or unruly, but because each of them have - in some way - managed to resist the civilizing effects of 'normal' society.  

To be wild is to live life on your terms. It's listening to your heart's deepest desires and not shying away. Each of us has a spirit that was once unfettered by other peoples' expectations, that expressed itself without fear of judgement or reprisal. Wild ones inspire me, because they're still in touch with that spirit.
